A free-range British chicken, ham, thyme & leek pie. Gluten Free Ranger is made with 100% free range British chicken and ham hock, all slowly cooked with leek, thyme, cream and white wine, offering a new twist on a classic. This pie has been certified gluten free by Coeliac UK and won silver in the ‘Free From' British Pie Awards.

Place the pie on a baking tray into a pre-heated oven.

180°C • 160°C fan • 350°F • Gas mark 4 for 25 minutes

British free range chicken (19%), milk, rice flour, leek (7%), double cream, ham (5%) (British free range pork leg, salt, preservatives (potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite)), water, onion, butter, identity preserved palm oil*, Cheddar cheese, maize starch, cornflour, white wine, tapioca starch, soya flour, garlic, vegetable fibre, wholegrain mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, white wine vinegar, sugar, spices), maltodextrin, salt, thickener (cellulose), free range egg, flavouring, potato starch, raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), sugar, black pepper, dried onion, chive, buckwheat flour, thyme.

Our gluten free range has been certified as gluten free by Coeliac UK. They are made in a specific gluten free area of the kitchen to ensure there is no cross contamination. For this reason, we cannot send gluten free and classic pies out in the same box.
As standard, our delivery is £2.95, but free when you subscribe to any box of pies or a Meal Kit.
We aim to deliver pies to you within 4 - 5 working days. To guarantee freshness and a speedy delivery, orders can only be delivered from Tuesday – Friday.
Due to courier restrictions, we’re unable to deliver on weekends, Mondays, Bank Holidays, or the day following a Bank Holiday. This delivery information doesn't apply to Meal Kits, to find out more visit our Delivery & Returns page.
Our classic pies can be frozen for up to six months, so stock that freezer up! We don’t recommend freezing our gluten free pies as it compromises the quality of the pastry.
Your pies will have a shelf life of up to 7 days and will need to be put in the fridge as soon as you take delivery of them.
We deliver across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. If you’re planning a delivery in Scotland, please get in touch with hello@pieminister.co.uk. Sorry, we can’t deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland at the moment.
